Lambert Design & Build's scope included interior design, painting works, air-conditioning works, electrical wiring, dry and wet kitchen cabinetry, built-in wardrobes for all bedrooms, custom bedheads and bedsteads, and a living-room display cabinet.

A consistent cabinetry specification was established throughout the residence using E0 white melamine for the cabinet carcasses, with solid plywood finished in Lamitak HPL for the doors and panels.

The kitchens were complemented by quartz stone countertops, while selected cabinetry incorporated BLUM soft-closing drawer systems and BLUM soft-closing door hinges.
